Application Scope

1. It widely used for the kind of stone material stick-up hanging glue, the old wall side without cutting and face lifting, permanent stick-up of lignum furniture.

2. It usually fits for the stone,steel, aluminum, stainless steel,concrete, cement precast unit, clay brisk, artificial brisk to the alternation stick-up.

Matters Needing Attention of Use

1. It is necessary to ensure that the paste area of each square meter of slate is not less than 104cm2 , and the thickness of the glue is more than 3 mm;

2. The sticking surface should be dry, dust-free, oil-free,firm and not loose.

3. If the sticking surface is too smooth, it must be roughened,and the sticking surface has substances that affect the bonding effect; such as dust,dirt, water, paint on metal surfaces, rusty layer, etc. They must be removed. Drying at the initial stage of curing,the glue cannot bear heavy load.

4. For low temperature construction below 10°C in winter, all epoxy quick-drying glue should be used. And the effective time of construction can be extended to 5 minutes.

5. When the construction temperature is lower than 5°C, it can be heated at the glued part, but not higher than 65°C.

6. When welding and installation are required during construction,the solder joint should be more than 3 cm away from the glue sticking place.

7. When the stone material is loose or there are many cracks, a layer of strong stone repair glue should be applied to the back of the stone to enhance the rigidity and waterproof.
